Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Reel Creator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Reel

Creator will conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content for social media platforms, highlighting lifestyle experiences, local businesses, events, and trending topics. Daily responsibilities include planning shoots, capturing high-quality video on location, editing reels with music, transitions, and text overlays, and optimizing content for audience engagement and platform algorithms. The role involves close collaboration with the content and marketing teams to align reels with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and publishing schedules.

The Reel

Creator will also track performance metrics, experiment with new formats,



and stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video shooting and editing, with proficiency in popular editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Experience in social media content creation, including Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms, with an understanding of trends and audience behavior.

Creative storytelling abilities, including scripting, visual composition, and pacing to produce engaging, on-brand lifestyle content.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles such as audience targeting, hashtags, and content optimization for reach and engagement.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners during shoots and content planning.

Prior experience in lifestyle, media, or advertising industries is preferred; familiarity with local culture and trends in Ahmedabad and other covered cities is an advantage.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio of reels or short-form videos is required.
