About Drytis
Drytis is building technology and products for the AI era. We move fast, experiment constantly, and believe great marketing today isn't about following a traditional playbook. It's about understanding attention, culture, creators, technology, and what people actually want to watch.
We are looking for a Content Creation Manager who can build and manage a network of creators producing content for Drytis.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
You won't spend your day making corporate content calendars or writing safe posts that look like every other companies.
We want someone who lives on the internet, understands creators, experiments aggressively, and can turn a group of creators into a high-output content engine.
The Role
As Content Creation Manager, you will be responsible for finding, onboarding, managing, and growing creators who produce content for Drytis.
Your job is not necessarily to create every piece of content yourself.
Your job is to make creators successful.
You will understand what is trending, identify interesting content opportunities, give creators direction, review their work, analyze performance, and continuously figure out what we should try next.
One week you might experiment with a new short-form format. The next week you might test AI-generated videos, creator-led product demonstrations, memes, street interviews, founder content, or something nobody on the team has tried before.
We don't want someone coming in saying:
"This is how my previous company did social media."
We want someone asking
"Why don't we try this?"
What You'll Own
- Find and recruit interesting creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Identify creators who can genuinely understand and communicate the Drytis brand.
- Onboard creators and explain the product, audience, positioning, and content expectations.
- Manage multiple creators simultaneously and keep production moving.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, formats, challenges, series, and experiments for creators.
- Give creators briefs without killing their creativity.
- Review scripts, concepts, videos, thumbnails, captions, and creative direction.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of content without turning it into repetitive corporate marketing.
- Track creator output, deadlines, quality, views, engagement,
retention and other relevant performance signals.
- Identify winning creators and formats and scale what works.
- Identify underperforming approaches quickly and change direction.
- Coordinate creator collaborations, UGC campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Work with the broader marketing team across social media, influencer marketing, SEO, email, DM outreach and growth campaigns.
- Build simple systems for creator communication, content tracking, approvals and performance reporting.
- Continuously discover new platforms, formats, communities, tools and technologies.
We Want Someone Who...
Is obsessed with social media.
You should naturally know what's happening online. New formats, creators, memes, trends and platform changes should interest you even when you're not working.
Understands creators.
You understand that creators aren't employees reading from scripts. Great creator marketing requires giving people enough direction to represent the brand while preserving what makes their content authentic.
Is crazy about new technology.
AI video, AI avatars, voice generation, image generation, automation, new editing tools and emerging platforms should make you curious rather than uncomfortable.
You should be the person on the team saying, "I found this new tool yesterday. Can we test it?"
Experiments constantly.
We don't expect every idea to work.
We expect you to have enough ideas that some of them work exceptionally well.
Has a fresh brain.
We are deliberately not looking for someone deeply conditioned by traditional corporate marketing.
Previous experience is valuable. Fixed thinking isn't.
We want someone willing to question how content, creator marketing and social media are normally done.
Understands attention.
You should be able to look at a Reel, Short, thumbnail or opening line and understand why someone would stop scrolling.
Can manage people.
Creativity without execution doesn't scale. You should be comfortable following up with creators,
giving feedback, maintaining deadlines and holding people accountable.
Is comfortable with numbers.
You don't need to be a data scientist, but views, retention, engagement, conversion and creator performance should influence your decisions.
