We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join Nesto as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Meet assigned targets related to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.




- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on the process.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
