Job Title: Senior Consultant (Only Immediate Joiners)

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Job Purpose To drive end-to-end recruitment within the Manufacturing domain, focusing on Sales and Automotive roles, while managing stakeholder expectations, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring consistent hiring delivery across Pan India mandates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
- Handle hiring for Sales and Automotive roles within the Manufacturing sector.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS (Zoho preferred), and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future mandates.
- Ensure timely submissions, strong conversion ratios, and minimal backouts.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key contact for hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders.

1. Team Leadership

- Guide and mentor recruiters to ensure productivity and quality delivery.
- Monitor team performance and support closure of critical mandates.

1. Database & Reporting





- Maintain accurate updates in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and reporting standards.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with industry trends and talent market insights.
- Improve recruitment strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Knowledge
- 610 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing domain hiring (mandatory).
- Extensive exposure to Sales hiring across multiple levels.
- Experience working with Non-IT and Non-Banking clients, especially in the Ahmedabad market.
- Exposure to Automotive hiring will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho preferred).

Required Skillset
- Ability to manage multiple sales hiring mandates and meet closure timelines.
- Solid sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Effective communication and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to screen and assess candidates for sales roles.
- Data-driven approach to track hiring progress and improve sourcing outcomes.
