Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as SME and product owner for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, owning end-to-end delivery including design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements and define SAP configuration settings, master data setup, and business process changes to meet compensation needs.
- Provide second-level support for SAP How to questions and troubleshoot issues; coordinate with external SAP support groups for fixes and workarounds.
- Administer and support partner earnings and payment systems for unit allocation processes; ensure accurate awards processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and IS teams on cross-functional projects, including solution design, functional specifications, and training/upskilling.

Skills Required:





- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and compensation-related processes
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Compensation and rewards configuration within SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified Consultant (or equivalent SuccessFactors Employee Central certification)Role-based permission assignments and HR data management concepts
- Solution design and functional specification development for enhancements and support

Valuable to Have:
- Implementation experience and support experience across SuccessFactors projects

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
