Responsible for delivering poise, etiquette, and image consulting training programs to enhance confidence, presentation, and professional image across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on poise, grooming, professional etiquette, communication, body language, executive presence, and personal branding.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and experiential learning interventions across locations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational grooming, appearance, and service standards during all training programs.
- Drive learner engagement and measure training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback mechanisms.

Coaching &

- Development

- Provide individualized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance participants' confidence, professional presence, and workplace image.
- Conduct image consultations and recommend appropriate grooming, styling, and presentation practices aligned with organizational standards.
- Guide employees on makeup application, skincare, grooming techniques, and overall appearance management where applicable.

Content &

- Program Management





- Develop, customize, and continuously update training content, facilitator guides, activities, and learning resources.
- Incorporate contemporary trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks in grooming and image consulting into training programs.
- Support the design of assessment frameworks, certification programs, and learning journeys related to Poise and Grooming.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Learning &
- Development, operational teams, and business stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery, messaging, and learner experience across locations.

Reporting &

- Compliance

- Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, assessment results, and feedback reports.
- Track and report training effectiveness, compliance levels, and developmental recommendations.
- Ensure all training interventions align with organizational policies, grooming guidelines, and service excellence standards.

Travel Requirements

- Travel extensively across IndiGo locations to conduct training programs, audits, coaching sessions, and stakeholder engagements as required.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training, Learning &
- Development, Poise, Image Consulting, Hospitality, Aviation, Retail Luxury, or related industries.
- Proven experience in facilitating behavioral, Poise, etiquette, or personality development programs.
- Experience in coaching individuals and groups on professional image and presentation standards.
