About the Position

Lifecare Polyclinic, Vikaspuri, New Delhi, is looking to associate with an experienced and patient-focused Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon on a revenue-sharing basis.

The consultant will be responsible for providing specialist orthopaedic consultation, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and appropriate follow-up for patients attending the polyclinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outpatient orthopaedic consultations and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage common orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Evaluate patients with:
- Joint pain and arthritis
- Back and neck pain
- Sports and soft-tissue injuries
- Fractures and trauma-related conditions
- Ligament and tendon injuries
- Osteoporosis-related conditions
- Shoulder, knee, hip and other joint disorders
- Provide appropriate treatment plans, including conservative management and referral for surgical intervention where required.
- Perform minor procedures within the scope of the facility and the consultant's privileges.
- Review investigations such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans and laboratory reports.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Provide follow-up consultations and continuity of care.
- Coordinate with physiotherapy, nursing and other specialists whenever required.
- Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality and applicable clinical/regulatory requirements.

Eligibility




- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MS/DNB (Orthopaedics) or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
- Valid Delhi Medical Council registration / applicable medical registration.
- Relevant experience as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon preferred.
- Candidates with experience in outpatient orthopaedic practice and day-care procedures will be preferred.

Revenue Sharing Model The engagement will be on a mutually agreed revenue-sharing basis.

The exact percentage/share, consultation charges and payment terms will be discussed and finalized during the association meeting based on:

- Consultant's qualifications and experience
- Patient consultation volume
- Procedures/services offered
- Availability and visiting schedule
- Scope of clinical services

No fixed salary structure is being offered; this is a professional revenue-sharing consultancy arrangement.
