About the RequirementWe are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Excellence / Lean Manufacturing Training Consultant to conduct a structured training and capability-building program for our plant employees and shop-floor teams.

The objective is to improve operational efficiency, quality awareness, workplace discipline, productivity and continuous improvement practices across our manufacturing operations.

Key Training AreasThe consultant should be able to design and deliver practical training modules covering:

- 5S System – Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain
- Quality Control (QC) Tools – Basic QC tools and their practical application
- Lean Manufacturing – Waste identification, process improvement and productivity
- Kaizen – Continuous improvement culture and employee involvement
- Just-In-Time (JIT) – Inventory, flow and process efficiency
- Shop-Floor Discipline & System Discipline
- Sustainability in Manufacturing Operations
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Workplace productivity and process improvement
- Quality consciousness and defect prevention

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current training needs of plant employees and supervisors.
- Develop a structured training program suitable for shop-floor workers and supervisory staff.
- Conduct classroom sessions along with practical shop-floor demonstrations and activities.
- Use real manufacturing examples, case studies and practical exercises.




- Help employees understand how Lean, 5S, Kaizen and quality tools can be applied in their daily work.
- Provide recommendations for sustaining the practices after completion of training.
- Where required, conduct follow-up assessments to measure implementation and improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence / Quality / Operations Trainer or Consultant.
- Strong practical experience in manufacturing and shop-floor environments.
- Experience in training plant workers, operators, supervisors and production teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, QC Tools, JIT and continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with shop-floor employees in simple and practical language.
- Experience in conducting hands-on / practical training will be preferred.

5. Details of previous manufacturing clients / assignments

7. Travel and other applicable expenses, if any
8. Any other requirements from our side
