Job Summary

Gaea is looking for candidates who have a thorough understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant with 37 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation, configuration, administration, and support. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Unifier solutions, supporting integrations, and working closely with business and technical teams.

Role & responsibilities

- Configure and administer Oracle Primavera Unifier based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Unifier solutions.
- Configure Business Processes (BPs), Shells, Forms, Workflows, Data Elements, and Permission Settings.




- Develop and maintain Unifier business processes and workflows.
- Configure and manage user access, roles, permissions, and security.
- Support Unifier implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.
- Work with stakeholders to understand project management and business process requirements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation related to Unifier configurations.
- Support integrations between Unifier and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.
- Provide user support and training when required.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Unifier configuration and administration.
- Good understanding of Business Processes, Workflows, Shells, Forms, Data Elements, and Permissions.
- Experience in Unifier implementation and/or support projects.
- Good understanding of project controls and project management processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering and functional analysis.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with business users and technical teams.

Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Unifier integrations and web services/APIs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
- Experience with reporting and data extraction from Unifier.
- Experience working on construction, engineering, EPC, or project management environments.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
