Job Summary

This role sits at the core of enGen Globals Middle OfficeTransformation agenda and is responsible for designing, driving, andoperationalizing a scalable Middle Office operating model.

The individual will act as a transformation execution lead,translating fragmented operational environments into structured, KPI-driven,and technology-enabled execution systems, while enabling leadership with clearvisibility into performance, value realization, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transformation Design Operating Model

- Define and evolve the MiddleOffice operating model, including roles, decision rights, and interactionmodels across front, middle, and back office
- Translate enterprise vision intomeasurable KPIs and execution frameworks
- Drive clarity in ownership,accountability, and goverce structures

1. Program Structuring Roadmap Ownership

- Design and manage multi-phasetransformation roadmaps (stabilize standardize scale)
- Convert performance insights intostructured program charters and actionable initiatives
- Prioritize initiatives based onimpact, dependencies, and feasibility

1. Goverce Execution Discipline

- Establish and run enterprisegoverce frameworks including decision forums, RAID logs, and reportingcadences
- Provide leadership withtransparent visibility into progress, risks, and performance
- Drive disciplined executionthrough structured tracking and escalation mechanisms

1. Process Industrialization Workflow Design

- Design and implement standardized intake, routing, andexecution workflows
- Develop and institutionalize SOPs, playbooks, and knowledgerepositories




- Enable closed-loop execution models and continuousimprovement practices

1. Data, Technology Automation Enablement

- Define requirements for data foundations (data goverce,interoperability, structured repositories)
- Support implementation of workflow tools (CRM, CLM) andscalable automation solutions
- Identify and drive automation and AI opportunities acrosshigh-volume workflows

1. Value Realization Executive Reporting

- Link operational initiatives to ficial and performanceoutcomes
- Support value validation mechanisms (e.g., shadow PL,benefit tracking)
- Develop executive-ready narratives, dashboards, andtransformation decks

1. Stakeholder Change Management

- Drive cross-functional alignment across operations,analytics, fice, and technology teams
- Support adoption of new operating models through trainingand enablement
- Monitor execution maturity and sustain transformationoutcomes

Required Skills Competencies

- Strong transformation and operating model thinking

- PMO and goverce expertise at enterprise scale
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability
- Executive stakeholder engagement and storytelling

Education Experience

- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Analytics orEngineering; MBA is a good to have.
- 69 years experience in healthcare operations /transformation / consulting
- Experience in operating model transformation, PMO, orlarge-scale programs preferred
