Required Skills

Strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies

Hands-on expertise in: COBOL, JCL, IMS DC is mandatory

Good knowledge of VSAM, and CICS (preferred)

Experience in application development, enhancements, maintenance, and production support Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications.

Develop and support COBOL, JCL, IMS DC, IMS DB, DB2 based applications.

Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing.

Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Support batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring activities.

Work closely with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
