Location: Sector 44, Noida

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Engineer to supervise and manage the ongoing construction of a Residential Community Club.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full time supervision of the Community Club construction project.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, flooring, finishing and other construction works.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure construction work is completed as per the required quality, specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors and other site personnel.
- Check quantities and measurements of construction work executed at site.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries and utilisation at the site.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the concerned professionals for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of daily progress, site activities, materials and manpower.




- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and construction practices.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Management/Committee.
- Assist in planning and monitoring the project schedule to ensure timely completion.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Candidates having experience in residential buildings, clubs, commercial buildings or similar projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural work and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be capable of independently supervising the site and coordinating with contractors.
- Full-time presence at the construction site is required.
