Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Conga CPQ and CLM specialist. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining Conga CPQ and Conga CLM solutions, including product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and contract templates.

The specialist will gather and refine business requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, and IT to optimize quote-to-cash and contract lifecycle processes. Daily activities include troubleshooting system issues, performing enhancements, supporting integrations with CRM and other enterprise systems, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The role also requires preparing documentation,



training end users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives around efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Conga CPQ configuration (products, pricing, rules, approvals) and Conga CLM configuration (templates, clauses, workflows).
- Experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and integrating CPQ/CLM with other enterprise systems.
- Skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, contract lifecycle management, and sales operations practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues, perform testing, and manage deployments in a structured environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed work style, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality work in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in Conga, Salesforce, or CPQ/CLM technologies are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an IT services or consulting environment is beneficial.
