- Enter and maintain daily vehicle dispatch and delivery records in the computer/system.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock, and inventory.
- Record incoming and outgoing materials and maintain daily reports.
- Coordinate with the site, dispatch, and accounts teams for accurate data.
- Ensure all records are updated regularly and properly maintained.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports as required by management.
