Computer Operator –

Shri Ganapati Infra Venture Private Limited, a contractor for BPCL PNG Gas, Yamunanagar, is looking for a responsible and computer-savvy Computer Operator for our projects in Yamunanagar & Jagadhri, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily computer and data entry work.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documents.
- Enter, organize, and maintain project-related data accurately.
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain records of employees, attendance, work progress, and other office information.
- Handle emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and other routine office tasks.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Supervisor, and office team when required.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and kept up to date.
- Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.




- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
