Position : Compliance Reporting Co-Ordinator

Job Brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Reporting Coordinator to support our compliance reporting functions. This role involves preparing and submitting accurate reports, coordinating data collection, and ensuring timely delivery in line with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with different teams to verify data accuracy, maintain reporting schedules, and assist in improving reporting processes.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Roles Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit compliance reports to regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Gather and verify data from multiple departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain reporting schedules and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve data discrepancies and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting reporting requirements.




- Assist in improving reporting processes and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries related to compliance reports and support audits as needed.

Requirements Skills

- Bachelor's in Business/Commerce.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry standards.
- Ability to assess risks, interpret data, and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in compliance or reporting roles is a plus.
