Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and timely submission of regulatory filings, reports, returns, and other documents to Exchanges and Depositories.
- Handle investor grievances and ensure timely resolution as per regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate and assist in Concurrent Audits, Internal Audits, Regulatory Inspections, and Exchange/Depository audits.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI Regulations, SCRA, Exchange Bye-laws, Rules, Circulars, and Depository guidelines applicable to the organization.
- Liaise with NSE, BSE, MCX, CDSL, and other regulatory bodies for routine compliance matters.
- Coordinate with back-office vendors and internal teams for compliance-related activities.
- Review, update, and maintain internal policies, SOPs, forms, and compliance documentation.
- Draft regulatory responses, compliance reports, internal communications, and audit submissions.
- Monitor regulatory circulars and implement necessary changes in processes and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 21 months of Articleship Training completed.
- Working knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, and CDSL regulations.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in stock broking or depository participant compliance functions.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, PMLA, Investor Grievance Handling, and Audit Coordination.
- Exposure to exchange and depository inspections and regulatory reporting.
Preferred: Male candidate based in Bangalore.
