Hiring | Senior Company Secretary (CS) – Listed Company / IPO
We are looking for a Senior Company Secretary (CS) with 7–10 years of experience and robust exposure to Listed Companies, IPOs, SEBI and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Secretarial, Compliance & Corporate Governance function.
- Manage listed company compliances and stock exchange filings with BSE/NSE.
- Handle SEBI, SEBI (LODR) Regulations and Companies Act compliances.
- Manage IPO-related compliances, including pre-IPO and post-listing requirements.
- Coordinate with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, ROC and other regulatory authorities.
- Oversee Board, Committee and General Meeting processes, notices, agendas and minutes.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, disclosures and corporate governance requirements.
- Advise the Board and senior management on regulatory and governance matters.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Secretarial & Corporate Compliance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Listed Companies and IPOs.
- Excellent knowledge of SEBI, LODR, Companies Act and Stock Exchange regulations.
- Candidates who have worked with listed companies / IPO-driven organisations will be strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
