Qualification:

- BL / ML / LLB (Mandatory)

Experience:

- 5+ Years in Corporate / Commercial / Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle legal matters, contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company laws, statutory regulations, and policies.
- Draft, review, and examine legal documents and contracts.
- Manage litigation, coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal advice to management on business decisions and risk mitigation.

Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Corporate Law, Labour Law & Compliance.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and analytical ability.
