About HighTableHighTable is a founder and business community connecting founders, CXOs, investors, GCC leaders, startups, and ecosystem partners through curated communities, strategic introductions, events, and growth partnerships.

We are looking for a Community & Growth Associate Intern who is energetic, highly communicative, and excited about startups, business, networking, and community building.

What You'll DoCommunity Growth

- Build and grow HighTable's founder, startup, CXO, and investor communities.
- Identify relevant founders, executives, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
- Initiate conversations through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
- Drive participation in HighTable events and initiatives.

Growth & Business Development
- Research potential clients, partners, sponsors, and ecosystem organizations.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings with potential partners and clients.
- Support partnership and business development conversations.
- Track leads, conversations, meetings, and conversions.

Events & Community
- Support execution of curated HighTable mixers, roundtables, dinners, and networking events.
- Help curate the right audience for every event.
- Coordinate with founders, CXOs, investors, and partners.
- Manage attendee communication and engagement before and after events.
- Help convert event relationships into long-term community relationships.

Content & Engagement




- Support LinkedIn and WhatsApp community engagement.
- Identify interesting startup, founder, investment, and ecosystem stories.
- Assist with community newsletters, announcements, and event communication.
- Encourage meaningful conversations and introductions within the community.

Who We're Looking For
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable talking to founders, CXOs, investors, and business leaders.
- Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and business.
- Strong research and networking ability.
- Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable with targets.
- Good LinkedIn and social-media understanding.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Prior experience in sales, community, partnerships, events, or startups is a plus.
