Position: Commissions analyst (Financial Analyst)

Location: Remote

Position Responsibilities:

- Commissions preparation and processing
- Meet processing deadlines with accuracy
- Commission Discrepancy Resolution
- Field and answer questions relating to commission payments
- Maintain payout grids
- Licensing and Contracting Research
- Liaison between advisors, relationship managers, and other team members.
- Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products
- Document and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents
- Gather and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers
- Resolve agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Preferably: Finance/Business Administration/Mathematics/Accounting)
- 2 to 4 years of Life Insurance or Financial Services Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Must be able to multi-task, possess quick-thinking abilities and excellent attention to detail
