Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Field Officer role based in Siliguri.

The Company Field

Officer will oversee daily field operations, including visiting retail points, franchise partners, cafés, kiosks, and vending locations to ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with distributors and partners, collecting market feedback, supporting promotions, and monitoring sales performance in the assigned territory. The role involves training outlet staff on product knowledge and basic operations,



resolving on-ground issues, and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders.

The Company Field

Officer will also prepare regular field reports, share insights with the central team, and support recent outlet setups and local expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Field operations and territory management skills, including experience in on-ground coordination and route planning.
- Sales and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive product visibility, support promotions, and meet volume or coverage targets.
- Customer and partner relationship skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and professional communication.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills for tracking performance, collecting market feedback, and preparing concise field reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with reliability in handling multiple outlets and partners.
- Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or retail operations is preferred.
- Comfort with local travel in and around Siliguri and familiarity with the regional market.
- Minimum of a higher secondary or bachelor’s degree; proficiency in English and local languages will be beneficial.
