As we expand, we are looking for an experienced sales person to help us build meaningful client relationships across India and international markets.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for professionals who enjoy identifying opportunities, building relationships, and connecting businesses with high-value creative solutions

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and bringing new business to Jenova while working closely with the founder throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research businesses that can benefit from branding and design services.

- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and relationship building.
- Initiate conversations with founders, decision-makers, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with the founder.
- Maintain an organised pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
- Support the sales process until the project is successfully closed.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

- Has prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Communicates confidently with founders and senior decision-makers.
- Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Works independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Is organised, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Experience in branding, marketing, advertising, digital agencies, SaaS,



or consulting is preferred but not mandatory.

Commission & Rewards

Your earnings are directly linked to the value of the business you bring to Jenova.

Standard Commission

- 15% commission on every successfully closed project.

Performance Incentives To reward larger opportunities, additional bonuses apply:
- Projects between ₹50,000-₹1,00,000: Additional 2% performance bonus
- Projects above ₹1,00,000: Additional 5% performance bonus

There is no cap on earnings. Every successful project directly contributes to your income. Commission is released once the client's agreed payment milestone has been received.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnership Management.

Proven track record of generating and closing B2B leads.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into long-term client relationships.

Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools is preferred.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Experience within a branding, creative, marketing, advertising, digital agency, or consulting environment is an advantage.

Comfortable engaging with founders, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers.

Professional, proactive, and highly organized with solid follow-up skills.
