- Plan and execute on-ground brand activations across colleges, malls, co-working spaces, events, etc.
- Scout, onboard, and manage a community of campus ambassadors working on campaigns across categories 3) Coordinate with internal teams to align activation strategy with brand objectives
- Onboard colleges, college societies, college students, freelancers, and influencers for campus & influencer marketing campaigns 5) Expand our reach in the Gen Z category Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable understanding of the college culture in India
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter. Doer, not a talker
