Location: New Delhi, India

We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership experience as a Collections Manager in NBFCs specializing in microlending. The ideal professional will have a strong track record of managing and inspiring collections teams to consistently achieve KPIs, while applying data‑driven strategies to maximize recovery rates. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate deep knowledge of NBFC operations, particularly within the microlending sector, and the regulatory frameworks that govern them.

Key requirements include

- Extensive experience leading collections teams in NBFCs, with a focus on microlending portfolios.
- Ability to design and implement effective collections strategies tailored to microfinance lending models.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance optimization.
- Proven capacity to ensure compliance with NBFC regulations while driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
