Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Collections Manager at TanServ Business Process Pvt. Ltd located in Gurgaon. The Field Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collection of receivables in the B2B scenario and ensuring timely payment. The role involves working closely with customers, tracking payment progress, and building and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Collection Manager for Gurgaon/NCR region.
- Managing collections for one or 2 of our leading B2B clients in the said region.
- Manage a team of field & tele-callers and handle certain top value accounts by himself. 4) 75% of time on field and 25% indoors (for reviews,



meeting with client regional teams etc.)
- Handle P&L; of his region.

Qualifications

-Experience in collections and accounts receivable management

-Strong negotiation and communication skills

-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

-Knowledge of B2B collections processes and procedures

-Good organizational and time management skills

-Ability to work independently and proactively

-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

-Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

-Bachelor's degree in a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
