We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle payment follow-ups and customer interactions in maintaining regular billing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call clients for payment reminders and pending recoveries
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
- Maintain and update data in ERP Software & Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle customer interactions and maintain all records
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong customer-handling ability
Languages Required: Marathi, Hindi, English
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
