Its flagship platform, Spectropy, is a proprietary prediction engine that unifies hyperspectral satellite imagery, drill-core analysis, and multiple geophysical datasets into a single subsurface intelligence layer. By applying spectral unmixing, geophysical inversion, and deep-learning models tailored to Indian terrains, Spectropy generates high-confidence mineral prospectivity maps from surface to drill bit.

Role Description As a Co-founder – Senior Fullstack Developer (AI / ML), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of core product features for Spectropy and related internal tools in a full-time, remote capacity. You will architect and implement scalable back-end services, APIs, and data pipelines that integrate hyperspectral, geophysical, and ML outputs, while also building intuitive front-end interfaces for geologists, data scientists, and business users. Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with founders and domain experts to translate exploration workflows into robust software solutions, optimizing AI/ML models for performance in production,



and ensuring code quality through testing, refactoring, and documentation.

You will participate in product roadmap discussions, help shape technical strategy, and contribute to fundraising, partnerships, and early customer engagements as a core member of the founding team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and the ability to work with complex geospatial and ML-driven outputs.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly.

- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing awareness, including comfort participating in product demos, early customer conversations, and supporting go-to-market activities.

- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including staying current with AI/ML, fullstack technologies, and relevant geospatial or remote sensing advancements.

- Robust experience with modern fullstack development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar back-end technologies, and React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks), databases, and API design.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows (e.g., model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring), preferably involving geospatial, remote sensing, or scientific data.

- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or equivalent practical experience
