The Opportunity

Blake Atlantic Group is seeking a Co-Founder (With Investment) to join the Group at a founder level and contribute to its long-term growth.

This is not a conventional employment opportunit y. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who wants to actively participate in building the Group and its ventures through a combination of investment, strategic expertise, business development, industry knowledge, relationships, and execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with the founder in identifying opportunities, developing businesses, evaluating investments, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the Group’s portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities The Co-Founder will work alongside the founder to:

- Shape the Group’s long-term strategy and direction




- Identify and evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities
- Build and develop new ventures
- Support the growth of existing businesses and portfolio companies
- Develop strategic partnerships and relationships
- Contribute industry expertise and entrepreneurial experience
- Participate in strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets and sectors
- Contribute capital and other strategic resources as mutually agreed
- Help establish Blake Atlantic Group as a long-term business and investment platform

Investment & Ownership The selected candidate is expected to make a meaningful investment contribution to the partnership.

However, investment value alone will not determine selection. The partnership will be evaluated based on the individual’s overall contribution, including experience, business-building track record, strategic capabilities, network, expertise, execution, and capital.

Equity participation, investment structure, responsibilities, governance, and other commercial terms will be discussed and mutually agreed based on the candidate’s profile and expected contribution.
