Forsight is an AI workforce intelligence platform. We score every employee's AI readiness against what their role actually demands, and give each person a personalised 90-day growth plan — deployed white-label through HRMS platforms, L&D; providers, and staffing firms.

The product is built, deployed, and demo-ready. The technology works. What we're building now is the go-to-market — and that's where you come in.

The Role

This is a co-founder seat, not a job. You'll own the people-and-market side of Forsight end to end:

- Shaping our positioning and narrative for HR buyers — CHROs, CPOs, Heads of L&D;
- Building partnerships with HRMS platforms, L&D; companies, and staffing firms
- Opening doors across your network and turning them into pilots and deals
- Being the HR credibility of Forsight in every room that matters
- Helping shape product direction with real, lived HR insight

Who You Are

- A senior HR leader with 12+ years of experience — you've sat in or near the CHRO chair




- You deeply understand how enterprises actually evaluate and adopt recent people platforms
- You have genuine, warm relationships across the HRMS and HR-tech ecosystem
- You read "companies are deploying AI their employees can't use" and instantly know how the real pain
- You've wanted to build something of your own — and you want ownership, not a salary line

The Commitment We're looking for a partner who's all-in.
