Role Summary

AceAbhishek Private Limited is seeking a Co-Founder – Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, marketing, strategic partnerships, and business operations.

This is a founding leadership position with responsibility for converting the company’s deep-tech cybersecurity and AI capabilities into repeatable enterprise business. The CBO will work closely with the Founder & Chief Architect to define the commercial strategy, build the enterprise customer pipeline, establish strategic partnerships, develop market positioning, and create scalable operating processes.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven builder who can operate hands-on across enterprise sales, GTM, partnerships, marketing, fundraising support, and business operations in an early-stage technology company.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means building a predictable commercial engine for the company.

Within the first 12–18 months, the CBO is expected to:

- Establish and execute a focused enterprise GTM strategy.
- Build a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects and strategic accounts.
- Secure paid pilots and convert successful pilots into recurring enterprise contracts.
- Develop relationships with enterprise decision-makers, technology partners, system integrators, and ecosystem organizations.
- Establish a repeatable enterprise sales process from prospecting through negotiation, onboarding, and expansion.
- Develop the company’s positioning, messaging, sales collateral, and market narrative.
- Build scalable processes for CRM, forecasting, partnerships, customer success, and commercial operations.
- Contribute to fundraising through investor introductions, commercial traction, market validation, and business planning.
- Help establish the company as a credible deep-tech cybersecurity and AI company in its target markets.

Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue
- Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy across target industries and customer segments.
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
- Lead enterprise discovery meetings, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Develop paid pilot programs and convert successful pilots into long-term contracts.
- Build account expansion strategies for existing customers.
- Establish sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs.
- Develop pricing, packaging, commercial proposals, and enterprise contracting strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.

Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, market segments, and priority use cases.
- Develop market-entry strategies for India and, where appropriate, international markets.
- Identify the strongest commercial wedge for the company's technology portfolio.

- Develop repeatable GTM playbooks covering lead generation, qualification, pilots, conversion, expansion, and retention.
- Continuously evaluate market feedback, competitive positioning, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

Marketing & Brand
- Own the commercial marketing strategy and market positioning.
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates the company's technical differentiation and business value.
- Lead development of enterprise sales materials, case studies, presentations, website messaging, thought leadership, and campaign strategies.
- Build relationships with relevant industry communities, technology ecosystems, conferences, and business networks.
- Support founder-led content, public relations, and thought-leadership initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and establish partnerships with cloud providers, technology companies, system integrators, cybersecurity organizations, enterprise platforms, and relevant ecosystem partners.
- Develop channel, referral, technology, and co-selling opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership structures and coordinate partner-led GTM initiatives.
- Build relationships with accelerators, startup ecosystems, enterprise innovation programs, and strategic stakeholders.

Business Operations

- Establish scalable commercial operating processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Implement and maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline-management practices.
- Track revenue, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, customer acquisition metrics, and other business KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between business development, product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes that improve execution speed and accountability.
- Help develop annual and quarterly business plans, budgets, priorities, and execution targets.

Leadership & Company Building
- Work directly with the Founder & Chief Architect on company strategy and major business decisions.
- Represent the company in enterprise, investor, partner, and ecosystem discussions.
- Help build the company's early commercial team and establish hiring requirements as the business scales.
- Bring customer and market insights into product and strategic decision-making.
- Operate with a founder mindset, taking ownership beyond narrowly defined functional responsibilities.

Qualifications Required
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, GTM, consulting, technology partnerships, operations, or a related commercial leadership function.

- Demonstrated experience selling technology products or services to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder management, negotiations, and complex deal processes.
- Experience developing GTM strategies and building sales pipelines from an early stage.
- Solid business communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations rather than operating only at a strategic level.

Preferred

- Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, fintech, enterprise SaaS, blockchain, infrastructure, or other deep-tech sectors.
- Existing relationships with enterprise technology buyers, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, fintech organizations, or strategic technology partners.
- Experience taking an early-stage technology product from pilot to commercial revenue.
- Experience building or scaling a startup, business unit, or enterprise GTM function.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers or international markets.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or strategic corporate development.
- MBA or equivalent business education is a plus but not mandatory.

- Commercially entrepreneurial — sees opportunities and turns them into revenue.
- Enterprise-oriented — comfortable navigating complex organizations and long sales cycles.
- Execution-focused — converts strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Customer-driven — uses customer feedback to influence product and GTM decisions.
- Strategic but hands-on — capable of developing strategy while personally executing critical activities.
- High ownership — treats company outcomes as personal responsibilities rather than functional KPIs.
- Strong communicator — credible with customers, partners, investors, and internal teams.
- Comfortable with uncertainty — understands the realities of building an early-stage deep-tech company.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization The Founder & Chief Architect will primarily lead technology vision, product architecture, technical strategy, security research, and engineering direction.

The Co-Founder – Chief Business Officer will own the commercial engine of the company, including enterprise GTM, sales, marketing, partnerships, and business operations.

Together, the two founders will jointly drive company strategy, fundraising, hiring, product-market fit, and long-term company building.

This is a co-founder-level position with significant ownership, responsibility, and long-term strategic influence. Compensation and equity will be discussed based on experience, expected commitment, responsibilities, and mutually agreed founder terms.
