Co-Founder — Growth & Business Development | PG Adda

PG Adda is an early-stage PropTech startup building a simpler way for students and working professionals to discover and rent PGs and co-living spaces.

Our product is already live, and we’re now looking for a Co-Founder who can take ownership of business development, growth, and operations and help turn PG Adda into a scalable business.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional employment role.

We’re looking for someone who wants to join at the early stage, work closely with the founder, and have meaningful ownership in building the company.

You would primarily focus on:

- Building relationships with PG owners and property managers
- Bringing quality PG listings onto the platform
- Developing and executing customer acquisition strategies
- Building partnerships with colleges, companies, communities and other relevant organizations
- Understanding customer and owner problems and turning them into growth opportunities
- Developing sales and business development processes
- Managing day-to-day growth and operational activities
- Experimenting with different channels to find scalable ways to acquire users and listings
- Taking ownership of business metrics and helping shape the overall business strategy

- Have solid communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoy sales, business development and networking
- Are comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships from scratch
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership




- Can work independently in an early-stage environment
- Are comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation
- Have an interest in PropTech, real estate, marketplaces or consumer startups

Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, real estate, PropTech, startups or marketplaces is a plus, but not mandatory. What matters more is your ability to execute and willingness to build.

As the technical founder, I handle the technology and product side of PG Adda, including:

- Product development
- Web & mobile development
- Backend & infrastructure
- AI & automation
- Product strategy and technical execution
