Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and operations.
- Hands-on experience with VMC / HMC / CNC Turning / CNC Milling machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and program editing.
- Good understanding of G-codes, M-codes, cutting parameters, tool offsets, and work offsets.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and tooling selection.
- Knowledge of in-process inspection and basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, OEE, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
