JOB Title Machine Shop (CNC) Engineer - Technical leader, responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality production on their assigned shift. Serve as the primary point of contact for their team and is the bridge between the shop floor and management. Should have hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and effective communication skills to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a protected and productive work environment Key Responsibilities Ensure achievement of daily, Weekly and monthly production targets.

Maintain on time delivery of components as per plan. Maintain daily shift efficiency as per the TQM objectives. Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards. Reduce rejection rates and implement corrective/preventive action (CAPA).

Reduce the rework hours. Inspections and Quality Checks. Troubleshooting and Defect Analysis Adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS)



Communication and Reporting of NCs Improve overall components Effectiveness and productivity.

Optimize machine utilization and cycle times. Control operational costs by reducing tool consumption, rework and Idle time. Achieve targets for cost per component/machine hrs. Coordination with Production and Cross-Functional teams.
