We are hiring an experienced CMM Programmer for our growing team in Mumbai to support our U.S.-based operations during the Night Shift.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience with PC-DMIS and a solid background in the Aerospace industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on precision inspection projects in a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Alternate Saturdays working)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS from CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Perform dimensional inspection of complex round parts, including ID, OD, and hole locations.
- Measure and verify GD&T; features such as position, flatness, parallelism, and runout.
- Conduct CMM scanning for complex geometries and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Generate inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Support CMM calibration and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve inspection-related issues and ensure timely project execution.
