Educational Qualification:- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

Experience :- 3-5 Years in team management in the household survey operations in any part of the West Bengal. Those who have managed the household survey in North Bengal will be given preference.

Salary: - Minimum Rs 25K/ Month ( Negotiable for the right candidates )

Job Responsibilities:- The candidate will be responsible for the following:-

1. Recruitment and training of the Field Team Members who will be working in the field
2. Validating the data collected by the field team
3.



Field visit for the purpose of the quality check, training and doing survey as per the requirements.

Important Notes:- The candidate will be posted at our Kolkata branch where s/he needs to attend the office 6 days a week and this is not a remote job.
