Key Job responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence & service delivery across assigned centres

- Ensure operational readiness for new centre launches
- Lead, coach & develop Centre Heads/Managers to build high-performing teams
- Drive quality, consistency & parent satisfaction across the cluster
- Improve staff productivity, retention & overall centre performance
- Partner with business teams to achieve cluster revenue targets

We are looking for

- 8–10 years of multi-site operations experience in education, retail, hospitality or service industry
- Solid people leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric, solution-oriented & execution-focused mindset
