Key Responsibilities

- Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements and drawings.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining instructions.
- Set the machine using proper tools, fixtures, jaws, inserts, and work-holding devices.
- Load and set CNC programs and make necessary offset corrections.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets, cutting parameters, spindle speed, feed, and depth of cut.
- Perform first-piece inspection after machine setting and get approval from the Quality Department.
- Check dimensions during production using Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Make necessary tool wear and dimensional corrections to maintain product accuracy.
- Ensure production is carried out according to production plans, drawings, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve basic machining, tooling, setting, and dimensional problems.
- Minimize rejection, rework, tool consumption,



and machine downtime.
- Maintain proper machine settings for repeat jobs and record key setting parameters.
- Ensure proper use and care of cutting tools, fixtures, gauges, and other equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping around the machine and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and machine operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments whenever required.
- Report machine abnormalities, tool problems, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of OK, rejected, and rework components.
- Complete production records, inspection reports, and machine-related documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
