About Youth For Seva

Youth For Seva (YFS) is a pan-India, volunteer-driven organisation that enables individuals to contribute their time, skills and resources towards meaningful social impact. We work across areas such as education, healthcare, community development, livelihoods and rural development, connecting volunteers with grassroots organisations and community initiatives.

Role Summary

As a Cluster Coordinator, you will manage volunteer engagement across Indiranagar and Yelahanka, coordinating with volunteers, Seva Kendras, NGOs, schools, hospitals and other partner organisations to create meaningful volunteering opportunities and strengthen the existing volunteer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with current volunteers, conduct/coordinate orientations and facilitate their onboarding into suitable volunteering opportunities.
- Connect volunteers with relevant projects and Seva Kendras based on their interests and availability.
- Build strong relationships with existing volunteers and ensure continued engagement.
- Identify and develop new volunteering opportunities with NGOs, schools, hospitals and other organisations within the assigned clusters.
- Maintain and regularly update volunteer records, engagement status and project information.
- Plan and implement volunteer engagement and development initiatives in alignment with YFS programmes.




- Organise and support volunteer events, activities and community initiatives.
- Coordinate field-level activities and regularly engage with volunteers and partner organisations.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years of work experience; experience in volunteer management, community engagement or the social sector is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. BSW/MSW or related qualifications will be an advantage.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.

A Few Must Have Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with people.
- Good organisational, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, email and other basic digital tools.
- Ability to organise events and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Passion for social impact and working with communities.
