Club House Manager

- Ensuring that all the facilities and activities pertaining to club house operates and runs smoothly and to its optimum efficiency level.

- Responsible for up-keep of the club house.

- Issue job cards for Club House staff.

- Interacting courteously with residents on call, email or face to face communication.

- Co-ordinate with property manager & residents for arranging events at the club house.

- Ensures that the complaints are logged to the complaint management record book regularly.

- Adherence and maintenance of feedback and complaints resolution procedures.

- Closely working with the Property Manager / Engineers / maintenance staff to close the complaints/maintenance work at the premises within the defined TAT.

- Ensure club house management as per rules and regulations defined for the premises.

- Ensure the upkeep of the clubhouse and amenities are maintained.

Role

Key Accountabilities

- Manage entire Club facilities including spaces like indoor games room, swimming pool, tennis court, banquets etc.

- Independent responsibility to manage housekeeping, security and maintenance of equipment for the Club.

- Operational Accountabilities.





- Manage Club operations independently with support staff and deliver excellent experience to guests and residents

- Maintain all amenities in top quality

- Minimize breakdowns with help of preventive checking and timely servicing of equipments.

- Implement best practices and SOP for operating of equipments by Club staff.

- Provide feedback on customer queries and update customers promptly.

- Manage booking of facilities effectively by confirming with customers availability and requite charges collected before the use

- Issue receipt for payment collected.

- Taking daily rounds of the premises and reporting any lapses/ observations to the relevant team.

- Helping in activities like filing, checking and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard etc.

MIS and Reporting

- MIS generation and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Reconcile club income and deposits with accounts team monthly and get sign off.

- Prepare monthly review deck for management review.

Brand & Relationships

Establish relations with guest ability to perform required role in emergency.
