As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role requires strong expertise in cloud integration, API-led connectivity, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data integration patterns. The ideal candidate will manage a team of integration professionals while partnering with business, architecture, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions using Informatica IDMC CAI.
- Define integration architecture, reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on integration patterns, APIs, messaging, file transfers, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of integration solutions.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, security,



and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Integration domains.
- Exposure to AI-enabled integration or operational automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of CDI, Data Quality, API Management, Event Streaming, and Hybrid Integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and performance optimization.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Application Integration Processes

REST & SOAP APIs, Event-driven integration patterns, Secure Agent architecture, API Gateway concepts
- Experience integrating with: SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, MFT/SFTP platforms and Enterprise Applications

Leadership Skills

Experience leading teams of developers and technical leads.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in effort estimation, project planning, and resource management.

Proven ability to drive technical governance and delivery excellence.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
