We are looking for an experienced Cloud Ops Tech Lead to lead cloud infrastructure, DevOps,

automation, and operational initiatives across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code,

containerization, CI/CD, and cloud security, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, provide technical guidance, and support the development of engineering capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP .
- Drive cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Establish and improve cloud operational processes, standards, and automation frameworks.
- Ensure cloud environments comply with security, governance, regulatory, and information security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions.




- Contribute to technology roadmaps and influence cloud architecture and technology decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and cloud-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in cloud operations, reliability, performance, and automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in relevant IT/cloud technology roles.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- 3-5+ years of focused experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS/ Microsoft Azure/ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms, particularly Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud architectures.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience influencing technology strategy and cloud transformation roadmaps.
