As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to implement scalable and high-performance cloud solutions that support evolving business needs and future growth.

Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration plans are essential to achieve seamless integration and optimal performance in both private and public cloud settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals.




- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to streamline migration processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices related to cloud migration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and migration tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures.
- Ability to analyze existing IT environments and develop comprehensive migration roadmaps.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration challenges.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
