Role Description The Cloud & DevOps Trainer role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on Cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, and automation tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, creating hands-on labs and projects, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback and mentorship.

The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to align content with current industry trends, support learners via doubt-resolution sessions and online forums,



and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs. The role also involves occasional participation in webinars, workshops, and demo sessions to engage prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools and practices.
- Demonstrated Teaching, Training, or Lecturing experience, preferably in technical or professional education settings.
- Hands-on Software Development experience with up-to-date programming languages, version control, and application deployment workflows.
- Ability to design structured curricula, practical labs, and project-based learning experiences tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience mentoring learners or junior professionals and providing constructive, outcome-focused feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Cloud or DevOps (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting content based on industry developments.
