- Maintain accurate shift handover notes and contribute to the knowledge base
What you'll need
- 2–3 years hands-on experience supporting OpenShift or Kubernetes in a production or pre-production environment

- Comfortable with the oc and kubectl command line; able to read pod and container logs and describe output to isolate a problem
- Understanding of container fundamentals — images, registries, container runtime behaviour
- Solid Linux administration fundamentals on RHEL or CentOS
- Basic networking — DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, ingress and routing concepts
- Experience with a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Service Management

- Exposure to CI/CD tooling — Jenkins, Tekton, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
- Familiarity with Helm
- Prior experience in a 24x7 or shift-based support setting

- Notice period: 20–30 days preferred. Longer notice considered where a buyout is possible.
