We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.

- Conduct site feasibility assessments and provide input on study design and methodology.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.





- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Manage and analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.

- Proven experience in clinical trials, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.

- Robust knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
