Role Description The Clinical Study Associate (Pharmacy/Dental/Lifesciences) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research projects in Rajasthan, primarily based in office in Jaipur. This full-time role involves assisting in study start-up activities, preparing and maintaining essential documents, coordinating with investigators and site staff, and ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

The associate will help manage patient recruitment and follow-up, oversee data collection and source documentation,



and support data entry and query resolution in collaboration with the clinical data management team. Daily responsibilities also include contributing to safety reporting, maintaining study trackers, supporting monitoring activities, and providing clear, professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role may involve working across various therapeutic areas and study types, including real-world, observational, and post-marketing surveillance projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional interaction with investigators and site staff, and the ability to prepare accurate study documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid research and clinical trials skills, including familiarity with study protocols, data collection processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and basic regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in medicine and healthcare, preferably with a background in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Lifesciences, or related disciplines relevant to clinical study operations.
- Relevant academic qualification such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, MDS, B.Sc/M.Sc in Lifesciences, or an equivalent degree; a certification in clinical research or GCP is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur on a full-time basis, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
