? Hiring: Clinical Quality Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team
- Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews
- Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups
- Ensure timely closure of QA tasks,



escalations, and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams
- Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) and Analytics.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare management field is preferred.
- Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), quality improvement, or healthcare quality management is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.
- Ability to analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs.
- Experience generating dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review.
- Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in Healthcare QA with robust analytics exposure
- Exposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantage
