Roles and Responsibility

- Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.

- Conduct patient assessments and monitor medication adherence.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication histories.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

- Stay updated with current medications and therapies to provide informed guidance.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and clinical pharmacy practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with electronic health records systems and other healthcare software.
