Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective clinical operations strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials and studies.

- Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical operations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or pharmacy.

- Proven experience in clinical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex data and reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
